Delivery terms

 

Regular shipping costs within Germany:

Shipping costs for deliveries to Germany are 5,99€. All orders with a total merchandise value of more than 75,00€ are free of shipping costs within Germany.

For standard deliveries, experience shows that the items arrive at our customers approx. 1-4 working days after handover to our delivery service provider (Deutsche Post/DHL/Hermes).

Regular shipping costs for country group 1:

The following EU countries fall into country group 1: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (except Greenland, Faroe Islands), Estonia, Finland (except Aland), France (except overseas territories), Italy (except Livigno, Vatican City, San Marino), Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands (except overseas territories), Austria, Poland, Portugal (except Azores, Madeira), Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Ceuta, El Hierro, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, La Gomera, Lanzarote, La Palma, Melilla, Tenerife), Czech Republic, Hungary

The shipping costs for deliveries for country group 1 are 8,99€.

For standard deliveries, experience has shown that the items arrive at our customers approx. 2-7 working days for country group 1 after handover to our delivery service provider (Deutsche Post/DHL/Hermes).

Regular shipping costs for country group 2:

The following non-EU countries fall into country group 2: Lichtenstein, Switzerland.

The shipping costs for deliveries for country group 2 are 12,99€.

For standard deliveries, experience has shown that the items arrive at our customers approx. 2-7 working days for country group 2 after handover to our delivery service provider (Deutsche Post/DHL/Hermes).

 

Our delivery service provider (Deutsche Post/DHL/Hermes) will do everything to ensure that your order reaches its destination as quickly as possible. Please understand that delivery delays may occur from time to time due to fluctuating delivery times (for example, as a result of weather or traffic-related influences).

Furthermore, please note that due to customs regulations and long shipping routes, the delivery date is not exactly predictable. If you have any questions about this, please contact our customer service.
