Return conditions

Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last delivery. The customer bears the return costs in case of revocation, regardless of the value of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform eBlejta, by mail: Roxheimerstr. 31, D-67227 Frankenthal, by e-mail: [email protected] by means of a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose. However, this is not mandatory.

If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) a confirmation of receipt of your revocation. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Return of goods:

Within 14 calendar days after the notice of withdrawal, the respective proudcts must be returned, if possible intact and in the original packaging, to the following address:

Refund Policy:

Any return accepted by eBlejta will result in a refund of the purchase price of the respective products, excluding standard shipping charges, within 14 days after quantitative and qualitative inspection of the returned products.

Please note that your right of return applies only to those products that are returned in the same condition in which they were received. Please always return products in their original packaging. You should also return all product information, documentation and packaging.
